Welcome to Blank Barbers. These terms explain the general conditions governing our website, appointment scheduling, and professional barbering services. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.

01   OUR SERVICES

We provide professional barbering and grooming services at our Denver, Colorado locations. Services, prices, barber availability, and hours may vary by location and change over time.

02   APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or through other available methods. We use Square Appointments. Please provide accurate booking information and arrive on time. Availability is subject to change.

03   CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND LATE ARRIVALS

We understand plans change and appreciate as much advance notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling. Blank Barbers does not currently impose a standard cancellation or no-show fee. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you but may need to adjust or reschedule the service.

04   PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices may vary by barber, service, and location. Payment is generally due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Square processes electronic payments. Gratuities are optional.

05   CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, CORRECTIONS, AND REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact our team so we can review your concerns. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a correction, follow-up appointment, refund, or other reasonable resolution. Requests are reviewed individually, and we do not currently impose a standard deadline for service concerns. Nothing here limits rights provided by law.

06   RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT

We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, or behavior compromising safety are not tolerated. We may decline or discontinue services for lawful safety or conduct-related reasons.

07   WEBSITE CONTENT

Original text, branding, logos, photographs, and other materials on our website belong to Blank Barbers or their respective owners. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

08   THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may link to services including Square, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party practices except as required by law.

09   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Blank Barbers is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, third-party booking disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
